Food Trucks AT the festival

The Utah Blues Festival is excited to offer a variety of delicious food trucks this year. They will be serving everything from veggies to savory BBQ and sweet things to satisfy your summer cravings. Information for each food truck is in the links below.
It all started in competition BBQ. We started small in backyard competitions but after some success, we moved into the professional division. There we racked up 2 Grand Champions, 4 Reserve Grand Champions, and multiple top 10 calls in less than 2 seasons. As a lifelong restaurant worker, it has always been my dream of opening my own place. BBQ is a passion of mine and I am excited to use what I learned winning on the competition circuit and bringing it to Utah.

Some people claim that our pizza is “the best”. Realistically, our pizza is just a reflection of our processes. We choose to make all of our dough & sauces, shred our own cheese, and prepare the majority of our ingredients fresh – right here in Ogden, Utah. Those ingredients plus the fact that we craft each pie by hand using age-old techniques equals a better pizza than those made from processed ingredients and machines.

Taquiza Santana Mexican

Looking for south-of-the-border flavors hot off the grill? Taste the homemade goodness from the Taquiza Santana food truck. We prepare all our dishes from scratch and offer a wide variety of Mexican dishes, including tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, mulitas, nachos, sopes and carne asada fries. Whether you like your food savory, sweet or a little spicy, Chef Heriberto Lopez has something to make your tastebuds sing.

Oak Street Café

Oak Street Café specializes in freshly made Salads and Juices.  Our produce is prepared daily, and each of our dresses is made from scratch. We Juice fresh fruits and vegetables each morning to create energizing Juice Blends.  Generally, our menu consists of three daily Salads and Juices.  While these change throughout the season, examples include Greek Tabbouleh, Kale and Quinoa, or Thai Noodle.  For a protein add-on, we currently offer Organic Chicken.  Our Juice Blends come in a variety of colors: Green, Red  or Orange.  These also change as our seasons progress.  Oak Street Cafe’s menu is inspired by the families we feed.  We hope you get a chance to enjoy some of our fresh food.
